Jessica DiMari is a versatile composer and multi-instrumentalist whose music blends orchestral richness with modern edge. Her distinctive sonic voice brings clarity and emotional depth to film, television, and branded storytelling.
Her music has accompanied films premiering at NewFest, sponsored by HBO, streamed on HBCU GO, and has earned recognition from the National Board of Review. She contributed original music to ABC’s Emmy Award–winning documentary Jimmy Carter: A Full Life, and her work has been featured in global campaigns for brands including Crest and La Roche-Posay.
Jessica is a recipient of the prestigious Pete Carpenter Fellowship, and has been featured in the ASCAP Composer Spotlight as a rising talent.
She holds an MFA in Media Scoring from the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema and completed advanced studies in film scoring at Juilliard. She began her career in music preparation, contributing to studio productions including Book Club (Paramount), City of Lies (Miramax), and ESPN’s 30 for 30: Qualified, while collaborating with composers across New York and Los Angeles.
In addition to her screen work, Jessica is a concert composer with music presented by OPERA America and the Tribeca Performing Arts Center amongst others. Her work has been performed by ensembles including the Oklahoma Composers Orchestra, the ETHEL Quartet and Eco-Music Big Band (New York Times Critics’ Pick).
Jessica continues to establish herself as a multifaceted composer, with a rapidly expanding portfolio.
